With elevated levels of unease, worry, stress, frustration and anxiety, Mindful Monday will provide you with information and strategies for coping with new working from home arrangements, managing children constantly in our midst, introducing mindfulness practices for the whole family, self-soothing techniques and a range of other topics to cope, calm and connect with ourselves and others in this temporary time of adjustment and change.
